New York Style Cheesecake  9”
                          Rich, yet airy, with a hint of lemon.  
                     Strawberry, Blueberry or Turtle*
topping available.
                   Plain:  $20   With Topping:  $25

Chocolate Mousse Cake   9”
                              Mousse made with Belgian chocolate,
               layered with chocolate cake
                         and enrobed in chocolate ganache.

Mudslide Torte*  9”
                     Crunchy bottom layer, topped with chocolate
                      cake laced in Kahlua, a layer of Bailey’s white
                        chocolate ganache, a layer of chocolate mousse,
                       and Absolut vodka whipped cream topping.

Mango Bavarian Torte*  9”
                       Vanilla cake layered with a mango
                                  Bavarian, mango chunks, raspberry swirl,
                   and a crunchy coconut bottom.

Mocha Torte*  9”
           Coffee lovers, beware!  We’ve been told
     this one tastes just like creamy coffee
                       ice cream!  Layers of cake, mocha butter cream,
        mocha ganache, and a touch of crunch.

Carrot Cake*  9”
             Don’t share this one with the neighborhood
         bunnies!  With walnuts and raisins, and a
              cream cheese filling, this surely will become
                        a favorite.  (May be special-ordered without nuts.)

Tiramisu Cake
                            A classic Italian dessert.  Lady fingers soaked
               in espresso layered with a mascarpone
            cream and dusted in cocoa powder.

Coffee Cake  9”
          Not your everyday coffee cake!  
                             Baked in a bundt pan and sliced for sharing.  
                 In our opinion, its best served warm.
